Otherwise, think of it this way:

  • Integrative Physical Therapy- there is an active pain, injury or problem that you currently don’t know how to address and is impacting your ability to live life the way you’d prefer.

  • Remote Coaching- you’re healthy or have some conditions that you independently manage, but seek to prevent future injury or condition development and want accountability for optimizing whole-health and system function. In-person visits can be combined with remote coaching based on preference, necessity, and your desired goal(s).
